The new season Keeping Up With The Kardashians will now have more a presence from none other than Kanye West. Kim’s husband has stayed pretty silent on past seasons and his spotlight in the new run episodes was inspired by The Incredibles. “This is my first time doing this. I’m not actually attempting to do good,” he said in his first on-camera interview.
“Part the reason why I even thought about or considered doing this recording, or what do you call it? This interview, is because the movie The Incredibles …] The superheroes are giving interviews. The wife got a big butt and I just see our life becoming more and more and more like The Incredibles until we can finally fly.”

Kim recently shared a clip from the season’s latest episode, showing f her comedy skills during some downtime with Kanye. The Kids See Ghosts music maker was explaining how much his fans go crazy for him in Chicago dubbing him “Kan-yay” in comparison to when he’s in LA and he’s just “Ye.”
Kim replies with a reminder that when they’re in Los Angeles, it’s more like “Kim! Woooo! Kim! Oh my god it’s Kim Kardashian!” Watch the full clip below.

“Blueface the only motherfucker on the west who don’t got a post about Nipsey on his page,” said the man. “What type n***a is you? You don’t like neighborhoods or something bro?” He goes on to state his confusion as to how somebody like Blueface, who identifies as a West Coast Crip, failed to write anything about Hussle’s passing.
“You from the west and you don’t even got Neighborhood Nip on your shit, and you represent this Crip shit though? That shit weirder than a motherfucker,” he said.
Do you think Blueface is in the wrong for choosing not to say anything about Nipsey Hussle’s death?

Long Live Nipsey Hussle
On March 31, Nipsey Hussle lost his life after being shot up to six times outside his Marathon clothing store by a 29-year-old man named Eric Holder. The Hip Hop community mourned as news of his untimely passing spread.
The Grammy Award-nominated rap star, born Ermias Asghedom, is survived by his two-year-old son Kross Asghedom, whom he shares with ATL actress Lauren London, and daughter Emani Asghedom, from a previous relationship. He was 33.
Eventually, London broke her silence as well as his older brother, Samiel Asghedom, who actually found him lying in front of the store ahead of paramedics arrival. He detailed those final moments with the Los Angeles Times.
Holder is due in court May 10. He was charged with murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon on Thursday (April 4) and pleaded not guilty. He is being represented by O.J. Simpson prosecutor Christopher Darden.
Nipsey’s funeral is set take place at the Staples Center on Thursday (April 11).
SWAT, FBI and California Department of Fish & Wildlife raided producer Mally Mall‘s mansion on Wednesday (April 3). He’s been accused of multiple sexual assaults, human sex trafficking and the importation of exotic animals.

Authorities have yet to arrest him, however.

Russell Simmons Calls For EVERYONE To Participate In Black Divinity Meditation Day
Russell Simmons called on everyone to support Black Divinity Meditation Day on Saturday (April 6) and Sunday (April 7). He explained to HipHopDX in an exclusive interview why.
“The purpose of Black Meditation Day is a day of self-reflection,” Simmons tells HipHopDX. “When we know the self, we know God. This self-knowledge is critical for all people. People of color all over the world have had an especially difficult time. Due to colonialism and slavery, they have been cut off from their culture, religion and, in many cases, self-love.”
While giving a speech at the Ending Youth Homelessness: A Benefit For My Friend’s Place event in Los Angeles on Saturday, singer Halsey opened up about her personal struggles with homelessness as a teenager and even revealed that she contemplated sex work in order to make ends meet.
“When I was living in New York, I was a teenager. My friends were picking out decorations for their dorms, and I was debating on whether or not I should let a stranger inside me so I could pay for my next meal,” Halsey said, E! Onlinereports.
“It wasn’t because I did something bad,” she added. “It wasn’t because something was wrong with me, and it wasn’t because my parents didn’t love me—because they did very much. But a series unfortunate circumstances led me to be in that position, and it can happen to absolutely anyone.”
Halsey also went on to detail the moment she met with Capitol Music Group’s Jeremy Vuernick, carrying a grey duffle bag that doubled as her “house” at the time.
“When I met him, I had crazy hair, I had one demo in my pocket and I was carrying a gray duffel bag,” she said. “Sat down in his fice, at his cubicle, and he asked me, ‘What’s in the bag?’ I looked him dead in the eyes and I said, ‘This is my house.'”
“I need you guys to realize that and while it’s very exiting that I am a record-selling, show-playing pop star, when I tell people that story, they go, ‘Oh my gosh, you went from being homeless to being a pop star, that’s amazing, we should help these people because we don’t know what they could become.'” To that theory, Halsey added. “Wrong. We shouldn’t help we think because there’s a chance that they could turn into a celebrity. We shouldn’t help because they could really make something themselves—because they are something right now.”
TMZ obtained all the footage that is needed for a mallet drop decision; Slim Jxmmi looked every bit the part a Wrestlemania participant when he climbed over the booth to attack a Disc Jockey in mid-performance. As the story goes: Jxmmi was in Jacksonville as part the University North Florida’s booked entertainment for their annual OZFEST Spring concert.
Although it’s kind hard to make out how many Jxmmi’s punches are landing, it’s hard not to give him the fighter’s edge based on his lateral momentum. While the DJ doesn’t outright to play the song, he does forget the order set by you guessed it: Slim Jxmmi. Would the Rae Sremmurd member swung on a DJ with a bigger prile over the same mistake… or was the DJ’s beneath the demands his pression. Only they know the answer to those day-old questions?
Before you even consider trying to make sense Slim Jxmmi’s behavior, consider this: After attacking the DJ, the twenty-something-year-old rapper dipped backstage to cool his jets. Jxmmi did about 15 minute’s worth sun salutations, before retaking the stage and finished his set like a true pressional. The DJ stuck around ’til the very end too. All’s well that ends well, right?

Nipsey Hussle was an icon in his community and hip-hop, and his family is making sure that those who loved him are able to pay their respects.
According to TMZ, Nipsey’s family members are planning a public memorial and are searching for a venue that can accommodate a massive crowd. They are scouting locations but their choices are limited due to size. The family has reportedly passed on venues with 2,000 seats and want to find one that can accommodate over 15,000 people.
The only two venues in L.A. that can host such a large crowd would be The Forum in Inglewood and Staples Center in downtown L.A., where Michael Jackson’s memorial service was held in 2009.

TikTok has just announced the launch of ‘TikTok Spotlight,’ a new program to promote indie artists.
TikTok will offer selected artists a special channel to submit their music for consideration.
Once accepted, the music will be available to TikTok users around the world. At this stage, TikTok is collaborating with 21 different labels and publishers to source and promote the first crop of indie artists.
TikTok Spotlight’s first season is starting in Japan and South Korea, launching on Friday (April 5th).
Over the next five months, TikTok Spotlight will feature two rounds of competition. Indie artists who rank in the top 100, and subsequently in the top 18, will advance to the next round based on fan popularity. A panel of judges will also help select top winners.
The top five to ten musicians will receive production opportunities and other prizes.
Since taking over Musical.ly, TikTok has become a juggernaut in viral music videos. The app has worked closely with the music community in Japan and South Korea for artist promotion and music events. But the app has spawned several homegrown hits, too.
Lil Nas X’s after Justin Bieber shared himself listening to the song on TikTok. The song debuted on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart at number 83 before climbing its way up to the 15th spot.
(Incidentally, Billboard eventually disqualified the track from its country charts).
While the first season of TikTok Spotlight focuses on Japan and South Korea, other regions are likely to follow. Industry partners for the promotion already include Spotify and the ‘big three’ of Universal Music Group , Sony Music Entertainment, and Warner Music Group.
TikTok has a bit of a kingmaker reputation in Asia that is growing as the platform gains popularity.
Case in point: Kana Adachi gained over 240,000 TikTok fans in less than a month thanks to the release of her single ‘I Am In Love With You Now’.
The app is one of the most downloaded apps on both iOS and Android, and TikTok now has offices located around the world.

After decimating Edson Barboza in the first round his match last weekend, Justin Gaethje has become the talk the UFC. There are a plethora opponents being thrown around for Gaethje, including Khabib Nurmagomedov and Nate Diaz. While Gaethje has gone on record saying he’d love to fight either them, the rising star explained that he’d rather go out and fight someone like Conor McGregor, even though the Irish fighter says he’s retired from the UFC.
“Conor’s] a warrior. I know that it would intrigue him for sure. But, I also think his mind would be like, ‘no, thank you,'” Gaethje told TMZ Sports. “He can’t take my leg kicks. If I wanted to wrestle him, I could wrestle him all day. And, I could knock him out. The last thing he needs to be is f**king on his back reaching for the sky and I will, I could do that to him.”
Gaethje explained how McGregor would be a dream fight for him and that he’d love to do it in Ireland so that he could beat McGregor in his own home.
“I wanna fight Conor]. I wanna fight him in Ireland. I know it’s not gonna happen in Ireland, but that’s my dream. To go over there and be in that sorta chaos. That’s what f**king wakes me up every day,” Gaethje said. “I’m going out there. I’m gonna stand. I’m gonna stand, I’m gonna knock him out. If he wants to retire, I can help him on his way out.”
Who do you think would win a fight between these two?
Lil Wayne brings us a blast from his past rock days in a new collaboration, “I Will Not Break,” with Kevin Rudolf. While the two artists have teamed up on other songs in the past ten years, their 2008 hit “Let It Rock,” off Rudolf’s In The City album, reached No.5 on Billboard Hot 100 and was certified triple platinum.
Besides their off-and-on collaborations, Rudolph has stayed pretty quiet. This new single marks the rebirth of his music career and possibly some future opportunities for rocker-Wayne.
“I Will Not Break” picks up where the duo left off, with the same genre-blending energy and complementary styles of their last hit. The collab is the first of many new songs for Rudolph, who plans to release an album next year.
“Whenever I do something with Wayne it just feels, like, destined. There’s just a chemistry,” he told Billboard.
Jalen Ramsey is amongst the best defensive backs in the NFL. Playing for the Jacksonville Jaguars, the star player has become one the most feared players in the backfield thanks to his speed and ability to rack up interceptions. He was a huge part the team’s run to the AFC Championship game back in 2018, although the team did eventually lose to the New England Patriots. While Ramsey and the Jaguars didn’t have a great season this year, it wasn’t exactly Ramsey’s fault as the team simply didn’t have a good fense.
This fseason, Ramsey seems to be enjoying himself and having the time his life with his longtime girlfriend Breanna Tate, who just so happens to be the sister Giants wide receiver Golden Tate. The two had a baby girl together last summer and yesterday was Breanna’s birthday. To mark the occasion, Ramsey gifted her a beautiful gold and diamond Rolex.
“My Queen gon stay fresher & icier than me I PROMISE,” Ramsey wrote on Instagram.
The defensive back will surely be back on the football field soon in order to get ready for the upcoming season. The Jaguars will have Nick Foles at quarterback so the expectations will be through the ro.
