"Mortal Kombat 11" Reps New & Nostalgia With Help From Vince Staples & Ice Cube

Outworld – NetherRealm Studios’ extremely anticipated Mortal Kombat 11 has been revving up the fan fury forward of its April 23 launch date.

And they haven’t been shy about utilizing Hip Hop to spice up the fantastic guts and gore.

The first official trailer sported an authentic 21 Savage report whereas the official story trailer featured an underground rap banger from T-Moe and Clearside.

For the most recent piece of promotion, the upcoming sport’s time plotline offers the highlight to the Old Skool vs. New Skool trailer. For the OG’s, Ice Cube and Das EFX’s 1993 traditional reduce “Check Yo Self” offers the soundtrack as a younger Liu Kang, Kung Lao and Jax face off towards their remnant selves.

However, when the Kung-Fu Twins encounter collection newcomer Geras (whose powers give new power to the time period “immortal”), Vince Staples’ new-ish West Coast staple “Blue Suede” takes heart speaker.

The aforementioned characters will be part of Sonya Blade (voiced by present WWE star Ronda Rousey), Scorpion, Raiden, Sub-Zero, Skarlet, Baraka, Kano, D’Vorah, Kabal, Jade, Johnny and Cassie Cage, Erron Black, Jacqui Briggs, Kotal Kahn and Noob Saibot within the newest spherical of Kombat.
