Nelly’s Accuser Claims U.Okay. Police Botched Investigation: Report

A lady who accused Nelly sexually assaulting her within the U.Okay. is outwardly at wit’s finish with the continuing investigation. The girl, who filed a lawsuit in opposition to the rapper as Jane Doe, put the U.Okay. police power on blast for allegedly screwing up the investigation so dangerous that she’s given up hope on whether or not they full the probe or not.

According to TMZ, the lawyer for Nelly’s accuser filed a letter blasting the lead detective  the Essex Police for screwing up the investigation and treating her shopper as if she was the suspect and never the sufferer. In the letter, Doe’s lawyer claimed that the police requested for her shopper’s cellphone data together with photos, texts, and e-mails between herself and her lawyer. However, Doe’s lawyer mentioned that the request is in violation the attorney-client privilege within the U.S.

Additionally, the lawyer mentioned that the police have been hassling her about doing a follow-up interview, even coming to her home unexpectedly to attempt to make it occur. The lawyer identified that the police took a full 12 months to get Nelly for an interview. The lawyer believes the explanation behind it’s because the Essex police are intimidated by Nelly’s authorized workforce.

The lawyer states that Jane Doe will not take part in Essex Police investigation any extra as she’s already filed a lawsuit in opposition to the rapper.

Essex Police responded to the allegations, saying, “We can affirm we have now acquired communication from a solicitor concerning the case and will probably be reviewing this investigation and fascinating with each events in the end.” They added the investigation is ongoing.
