Over the Tay Keith beat, Lil Boat drops some ominous rhymes, while Cardi takes shots at an unnamed rival. “I hear shots on the low comin’ from hoes I’m higher than,” she raps. “This attention is so flatterin’ ’cause they’re admirin’ / Don’t know what’s on their mind but it should be retirement / Get the AARP or this AR get to firin’.”
She continues, “These bitches is 0-3 / And there ain’t a lower league, all in my ovaries / The fur on my shoulder mink / Tell me what Hov would think.”
Fans were quick to cite Nicki Minaj as the target, which Cardi denied. “So 6 bitches came for me while I was pregnant most them do music and ya thinkin that ? … ya really got issues,” she tweeted before deleting the comment.

Meek Mill gets back to business. Following his release in April, the Philly rapper drops his first post-prison project, Legends the Summer.
The four-track set, which arrived on Thursday night, includes collaborations with Swizz Beatz (“Millidelphia”), Jeremih and PnB Rock (“Dangerous”), and Miguel. The latter appears on the powerful “Stay Woke,” which they debuted at last month’s BET Awards.

Iggy Azalea is ready to Survive the Summer. Following the Quavo-assisted “Savior,” the Aussie rapper reloads with two new tracks f her upcoming EP, “Tokyo Snow Trip” and the Tyga-assisted “Kream.”
Taking inspiration from the Ying Yang Twins’ 2005 hit “Wait (The Whisper Song),” “Tokyo Snow Trip” finds Iggy going from roaches to Rolexes. “Rose from the cracks with the rats and the roaches,” she whispers.
The Mike WiLL Made-It and Ronny J-produced “Kream” pays homage to a ’90s hip-hop classic, Wu-Tang Clan’s “C.R.E.A.M.” Iggy raps about money, power, and respect, with references to Sid Vicious and Bella Hadid, while T-Raww compliments Iggy’s laid-back flow.
Iggy’s 6-track EP Survive the Summer is due Aug. 3, while a video for “Kream” is set to debut on Friday. “Feels good to be back doing what i want,” she tweeted.
The wait is over. Future and Zaytoven are back in Beast Mode with the long-awaited sequel to their 2015 mixtape.
Just hours before its release, Future teased the surprise drop, which finds the Atlanta rapper and trap trailblazer back in their element, cooking up nine explosive tracks including “WiFi Lit,” “Cuddle My Wrist,” and “Hate the Real Me.”
Zaytoven, whose debut album Trap Holizay arrived in May, addressed the Beast Mode 2 rumors during an interview with Rap-Up last year. “I think me and Future have something so special with Beast Mode that I think it’d be a good time for it to come out this year,” he said. “We’re working with Future’s schedule on that. I don’t know what his plans are. I think he probably planned to put it out last year but things just switched up and he didn’t put it out.”

Chris Brown was arrested following a concert in Florida on Thursday night (July 5).
Several ficers were waiting for the singer after his show at Coral Sky Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach. As soon as he wrapped, he was arrested and taken into a police cruiser.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that the arrest was for an outstanding warrant out a nearby county. However, it’s currently unclear what the warrant was for.
Brown, who has been keeping a low prile lately, is currently on his “Heartbreak on a Full Moon Tour” with 6LACK, H.E.R., and Rich the Kid, which continues through Aug. 4 in Las Vegas.
UPDATE: Following his arrest, Brown returned to Instagram, writing, “What’s NEW🙄????? Show tomorrow!!!! ❤️”
A G.O.O.D. Music tour may be coming to a city near you.
According to Pusha-T, the hip-hop collective is inching closer to their long-awaited joint tour. “That’s what we’re trying to figure out right now, just how we’re gonna do it,” Push told Julie Adenuga during an interview on Beats 1.
According to Push, everyone is on board including Kanye. “I’ve already booked a tour, but you know I definitely see us doing this as a collective for sure, and not even by my word, by Ye’s I already see it happening.”
Before a G.O.O.D. Music tour happens, Pusha will launch his own “Daytona Tour,” starting July 31 in Denver.
During the interview, the G.O.O.D. Music president reiterated why Daytona is the best album the year. “A few different revelations have hit me, like who is putting out a Daytona 16 years into their career?” he said. “I really think I got album the year. Rap album the year for sure… When it comes to street, lyric-driven hip-hop, I don’t believe anyone else in this world can give you what I’ma give you, as far as the streets go. This is like articulate, high-taste level, drug luxury rap.”
Aside from his own album, he said Teyana Taylor’s K.T.S.E. is his favorite the June G.O.O.D. Music releases. “Teyana is my favorite,” he said. “I love R&B music. I love the writing that goes into R&B music, more so the writing when the writing’s like good and hits you right here. It’s dope, more so than the melodies for me.”
Azealia Banks has reignited her feud with Nicki Minaj.
The controversial rapper has fired f a series insults after seeing a preview Nicki’s music video for “Bed,” in which she is dressed as a mermaid. Azealia, who appeared as a mermaid on the illustrated cover her 2012 mixtape Fantasea, accused her stealing her concept.
“Chicken the sea sis. Stay in your own lane. @nickiminaj lol you running out ideas girl,” she captioned a photo Minaj dressed as a mermaid.
The disses continued on Twitter. “Why does nicki Minaj have to be so damn corny . Like sometimes it’s just like sis !!!!! Find some art !!! Please !!” she wrote, adding, “She just knows I’m gonna outshine her so I should stop playing humble and really come to slay these bitches lol. It’s no shade to me it’s just the game lol.”
It was all good last September when Azealia apologized to Nicki for dissing her in the past. “I want to apologize for whatever catty shit I’ve said to and or about you in the past,” she wrote, while praising Minaj’s “artistry” and “brilliant art mind.”
Banks also vowed not to insult Minaj again. “You have my word,” she said. “From here on out, I will never say any negative or catty things about you ever again.”
She also attempted to secure a feature from Nicki on her single “Anna Wintour,” but the collaboration never materialized. In response to the failed attempt, she told a fan, “I didn’t know how successful Anna Wintour would be. I thought I needed the feature then. But Anna did her thing!! So I’m good now , enjoy love.”
Azealia is now readying her new project Fantasea II: The Second Wave and singles “Treasure Island” and “Ain’t Know” featuring Nicki’s ex, Safaree Samuels. Meanwhile, Nicki’s full video for “Bed” featuring Ariana Grande premieres tomorrow.

The R&B songstress has announced that she is pregnant with her second child. Taking to Instagram, she posted a photo herself dressed in Fashion Nova, but it was the caption that had everyone talking. “#PreggoInMyFashionNovaFit 😩 #CongradulationsAreInOrder 😈,” she wrote.
It’s unconfirmed who the father is, but Cole, 35, has been dating rapper Niko Khale, 22. The couple recently celebrated the Fourth July together.
Keyshia has an eight-year-old son, Daniel Hiram Gibson Jr., from a previous relationship with former NBA star Daniel Gibson. The two were married in 2011 and announced their separation in 2014.

In an interview with XXL last year, he revealed that he may pursue acting once he’s done with music. “That’s the ultimate goal as an artist, to be able to get to that point to just do whatever you wanna do,” he said.

Azealia Banks knows how to get people talking. After accusing Nicki Minaj jacking her mermaid concept, the Harlem spitfire makes more waves with her new single “Treasure Island.” Over the dreamy dance bop, Azealia rattles f some rapid-fire rhymes.
“The mermaid, got the water for you and the waves so wet that he wanted it too,” she raps. “The pleasuries are on treasure island / How do I get there?”
“Treasure Island,” which will be released to streaming services on July 13, marks the follow-up to “Anna Wintour,” and is set to appear on Fantasea II: The Second Wave, the sequel to Banks’ debut mixtape Fantasea and her first album under eOne. A release date has yet to be announced, but Azealia has revealed one the covers for the double disc set.
Earlier in the day, Azealia called out Nicki Minaj for copying her mermaid theme in her “Bed” video. “Chicken the sea sis. Stay in your own lane. @nickiminaj lol you running out ideas girl,” she wrote.

Breezy’s customized tank boasts military features including smoke screens and thermal night vision. It also has electric door handles to shock approaching intruders and even deployable defensive spike strips.
Brown custom ordered the Extreme Utility Vehicle several months ago, and just recently had it delivered. This is not his first Rezvani. He also owns a 2015 Rezvani Beast sports car.

Tory Lanez got into a fight on the Fourth July.
During his “Memories Don’t Die Tour” stop at Toronto’s Rebel Complex on Wednesday (July 4), the “Talk to Me” singer was seen throwing punches at a fan. It’s unclear what provoked the outburst, but Lanez had asked the crowd to put their hands up so he could walk on them.
“Hands the fuck up,” he said before jumping into the audience. He then proceeded to throw punches at an unidentified concertgoer.
“I told a ni**a…fuck. Yo, hands up!” he said after security jumped in to break things up.
Lanez’ “Memories Don’t Die Tour” continues across North America through Aug. 11 in Birmingham, Ala.
