Drake’s currently on the road for one the biggest tours the year, “Aubrey & The Three Migos” tour with Migos. Although there were a few delays and cancellations, Drake and Migos have been trekking throughout North America. Like most major tours, you could only expect bootleggers in front the venue trying to sell knock-f merchandise for the artist. However, anyone who tries to push bootleg Drake merch might have to face some repercussions.
Drake and Live Nation are cracking down on bootleg merch vendors, The Blast reports. A judge has signed f on a motion filed by Live Nation that gives police the right to confiscate bootleg merchandise outside concert venues on the “Aubrey & The Three Migos” tour.
“Typically, a ‘core’ group bootleggers will follow a successful concert tour a performer having the stature the Artist. The pattern is for the same bootleggers or their merchandise to reappear from one venue to the next. Typically, prior to a concert, these defendants appear, fering for sale infringing, inferior merchandise, particularly T-shirts, bearing the names and likenesses the appearing performer.” Live Nation explained in their request. “This illegal merchandise seriously impairs sales authentic merchandise within the arenas, particularly because most the infringing merchandise is sold prior to the concert. Thus, each the unauthorized sales represents a lost sale and lost income to the Plaintiff.”
Live Nation claims that bootleggers keep their identity and intentions on the low until right before the show starts. They also gave pictures bootleg vendors selling knock-f merch outside the venues as part their request. However, they said that bootleggers typically refuse to give their identity or they give fake names and addresses.
The order the judge signed f on now gives law enforcement the right to seize all merchandise and make the bootlegger pay a $5K bond.

He shared the release date with fans through customized postcards that he sent to 25,000 fans with the cover art and “Can I Ask You A Question About Love” written on the back. Mac Miller passed away last week an apparent overdose. Since the rapper is no longer alive, the legal issues he was set to face are being dismissed.
In late August, Mac had been charged with a DUI that allegedly caused his car accident in May. The artist crashed his vehicle into a utility pole in San Fernando Valley. He literally walked away from the scene, with no real injuries. Legal authorities apprehended him after catching up to him on a nearby road.
The court was set to receive the entertainer this Tuesday. His arraignment is obviously canceled as he cannot appear. He has been removed from the docket and the ficial documents stipulating the dismissal his case will be filed later. This is all part the usual legal formality in the event a deceased suspect.
This news comes with another wave sadness as the car accident he survived could have set a whole different journey afoot for the entertainer. The legal system failed him in a way, along with other people who have died under similar circumstances. Although the cause Mac Miller’s death has yet to be confirmed, we can assume that a proactive support his health could have saved his life.

Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake made headlines with their halftime show during the 2004 Superbowl. Although the incident happened over a decade ago, many people still remember the scandal.
Many fans were upset about how Jackson bore most the weight the intense criticism that ensued. Some people felt that Timberlake should do something in order to make it up to his friend and restore balance.
An opportunity did arise when JT was fered this year’s halftime show during the same event that disintegrated his relationship with Janet. Inviting her to take part in the event might have been a way to ficially make amends in a public manner. Rumors this move had popped up last winter as people anticipated his performance.
The rumors may have been valid after all. Janet Jackson was asked whether the possibility her performing with her old collaborator at the time bore any truth.
The singer gave a slightly enigmatic answer: “I’ll just say this: there was a conversation.”
Quavo can literally do everything. If there’s something we can’t exceed at, let us know because we’re seriously drawing a blank. The Migos member is obviously a skilled artist considering the success he’s experienced with his group and as a featured musician and he looks to extend his artistry with a solo album coming out this month. As we wait for Quavo Huncho to ficially release, we’re reminded the rapper’s priciencies as an athlete with one simple video on his Instagram.
We all know Quavo can ball and he’s also been proven to be a pretty outstanding football player. However, if we told you that he was also a skilled left-handed pitcher, would you believe it? Quavo took to his social media platforms to alert the Atlanta Braves and all the MLB his pitching prowess, throwing a perfect curveball to strike out an imaginary batter. The artist tagged his hometown team and the entire league in his caption, which actually prompted a response from the MLB, hitting him with a “We see you.” Thinking all that he’s proven capable doing, Quavo could very well be a superhuman as he can hang with the best them creating melodies on the microphone as well as in a few different sports.
Is there anything that Quavo can’t do? Let us know in the comments.
Noname has graciously informed us when we can expect the release her highly anticipated project Room 25. The Chicago native took to her twitter to post the album’s artwork with a succinct and powerful caption: “ROOM 25 – SEPT 14.”
Fans have been kept in suspense since July 2017 when it was first announced that she was working on a follow up to her critically acclaimed debut project Telefone. The artist did not specify when exactly the project would be released simply revealing that she would not be releasing new music “in a long time,” and it looks like the wait is finally over.
Noname’s last project featured artists like Ravyn Lenae, Chance The Rapper, Smino, Saba, and Raury, and was rich and storied in its nature. Listeners were allowed a glimpse into the artists joys and sorrows as she detailed a life that had held moments both great devastation and happiness. The project was poignant and melancholic, and the lyrics deeply poetic in their nature; addressing various issues including the black female plight. Born and bred in Chicago, Noname could not neglect to explore her experiences growing up in the city adding to the already compelling narratives within the project.
We are definitely looking forward to the artistry she will bring to this next project, are you?
Eminem’s Kamikaze has been touted as a return to form by many fans, and while no traditional single preceded the drop, the rapper still managed to land his biggest commercial hits in years. And, in what might be a refreshing twist for day-one fans, Em’s latest singles eschewed the pop-formula that permeated his early albums, instead putting his lyrical prowess firmly in the spotlight. The move paid dividends, as Billboard confirms Eminem’s Joyner Lucas collaboration “Lucky You” and introduction “The Ringer” both found their way in the Hot 100’s top 10, at number six and eight respectively.
It’s a big milestone for Em, who saw his last top 10 single with 2014’s “The Monster,” which kept in line with the aforementioned crossover formula. Clearly, the masses appreciated Eminem’s lyrical onslaught, with both selections featuring excellent rhyming from the legendary rapper. Not only that, but chartdata points out another milestone, finding Eminem entering the ranks an exclusive club. Apparently, Em joins Travis Scott, Drake, J. Cole and Ed Sheeran as the only artists to have two simultaneous songs in the Hot 100 top ten.
Congratulations to Eminem, who has continued to prove detractors wrong with this latest accomplishment. Read our review Kamikaze here.
The Nicki Minaj and Cardi B beef is still very much ongoing, especially since Nicki hopped on her Beats 1 radio show today to talk about the infamous brawl that went down this weekend. We’re not exactly sure how things started, but it ended with a shoe thrown at Nicki’s head and Cardi with a bruise the size a golf ball on her forehead.
Nicki didn’t take any kind high road during her broadcast today, claiming how Cardi’s career was built f “sympathy and payola.” Nicki’s statements haven’t even been in the hands the media for more than two hours and Cardi’s team has clapped back telling The Blast that Cardi has never paid any radio station money or material items to play her music, calling the accusations “absolutely false.”
The source did admit that Cardi’s former manager, Klenord “Shaft” Raphael (who is now suing her) did “harass and bother” DJ’s to play the “Be Careful” rapper’s tunes, but that was not Cardi’s plan – and may have been one the reason’s he’s cut from the team. Cardi’s team calls Nicki’s allegations “ridiculous.”
Keep it locked on the site for more updates on the matter.
When it was announced yesterday, we already knew that Queen Radio would be an unmissable episode. Considering all that has gone down this weekend between Nicki Minaj and Cardi B, it was evident that she would speak on the situation but Minaj came with a level intensity that we didn’t expect. The latest episode has the beef between Cardi B and Nicki reaching an all-time-high as Nick came through with the receipts, calling people that have feuded with Cardi in the past and insisting that she disrespects black women by calling them “monkeys and roaches.” The episode was filled with drama but in a particularly intense moment, Nicki seemed genuinely confused and frustrated why Cardi is so concerned with her, implying that she will get killed if she keeps attacking people.
New York Fashion Week has been pretty eventful so far and the moment that most people are talking about is Nicki’s fight with Cardi. Speaking on the incident, Minaj yells that the “Bodak Yellow” songstress should really be more careful who she chooses to mess with. She said, “This is about ‘get this woman some fucking help.’ This woman is at the best stage in her career and she’s out here throwing bottles and throwing shoes!? Who the fuck is gonna give her a fucking intervention? You n—as don’t care until someone is dead! You n—as want someone to fucking die until y’all stop… until y’all stop this bullshit. You put your hands on certain people, you gon’ die. Period!”
Nicki seems concerned at how the whole debacle is being made out to be a joke because, in her eyes, there’s nothing funny about what happened. In fact, she seems completely disturbed by Cardi’s behavior.
Twenty-six-year-old Mac Miller tragically passed away on Friday and despite claims his death being the result a drug overdose, reports from The Blast say his autopsy resulted in a “deferred” cause death. The exact reason for Mac’s sudden passing will be revealed once the toxicology report is complete. The L.A. County Medical Examiner reported to the publication that Mac’s autopsy was completed on Saturday but it will need to be further investigated.
When Mac was found at his Studio City home there were no outward signs abuse and sources told The Blast that it could have been an accidental drug overdose or even a natural death. “Malcolm McCormick, known and adored by fans as Mac Miller, has tragically passed away at the age 26. He was a bright light in this world for his family, friends and fans. Thank you for your prayers,” his family stated.
Mac’s hometown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania will be holding a vigil in his honour tomorrow, September 10th at 7 PM. The event will take place at Blue Slide Park, the place Mac named his debut album after, which is a portion Pittsburgh’s sprawling Frick Park.
