Kanye’s Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Set To Receive "Zyon" Colorway

Kanye West‘s Yeezy brand has been one the biggest entities in the sneaker world over the last few years and with good reason. West’s musical talents have somehow translated to the fashion world and his designs have become a huge hit amongst both hypebeasts and OG’s. Some would say the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 is his magnum opus as it continues to receive new colorways three and a half years after its initial release. There are already a plethora new colorways slated for this year and now, a new one is being reported.

According to the Twitter account @pyleaks, the 350 V2 will be dropping in a “Zyon” colorway. In the Twitter post below, the colorway is represented by a black silhouette although it’s important to note that this is not what the shoe will look like. For now, it is completely unknown as to what color “Zyon” is exactly.

Kanye has been pretty cryptic when it comes to nicknaming his shoes. At times, the names feel a bit arbitrary as they have nothing to do with the actual color the shoe. Regardless, this latest name has us intrigued for what’s to come.

Stay tuned for updates on this sneaker as we will be sure to bring them to you.

Adidas Reveals Trio Of Regional Yeezy Boost 350 V2s: Details

Kanye West and Adidas have several different Yeezy Boost 350 V2s on deck for this weekend, including “Tail Light,” “Earth” and “Flax” colorways. Adidas Originals confirmed on Tuesday that the trio Yeezys are all scheduled to drop on February 22nd, but your ability to cop a pair will depend on where you live.

As described in the IG post embedded below, each colorway will be releasing in a specific region. For instance, the “Earth” colorway will be available in North and South America, the “Tail Light” in Europe and Russia, and the “Flax” in Asia and Africa.

The “Earth” version that’ll be releasing in the U.S. opts for a soil-like brown primeknit with a darker, semi-translucent streak across the upper and a matching rubber sole beneath it all.

As a play on the “Taillight” moniker, that particular colorway is highlighted by orange detailing around the heel, mimicking the lights at the back a car. The rest the low-top silhouette is treated in a grey primeknit material. Overall, the grey and orange color scheme is reminiscent the classic “Beluga” colorways as well as the exclusive “True Form” version that debuted in 2019.

Lastly, the “Flax” colorway features a light beige upper and outsole, along with a yellow tint on the streak, heel tab and Boost midsole. Check out ficial images all three styles below.

Yo Gotti Shares His 15-Year Transformation From Gangsta To Gentleman

Many us would probably hide under a rock if someone tried to show us a pic how we were dressing 15 years ago. However, rapper Yo Gotti is quite proud his style transformation since 2005 and had no problem sharing his impressive progression for throwback Thursday yesterday.

Jeffrey Mayer/Wire/Getty

The photo he shared Instagram took us back to the 2005 BET Awards red carpet (seen above), which saw Gotti rocking a pair fresh shell toe adidas Superstars with the matching adidas Tracksuit jacket, extremely baggy jeans, a XXXL tee and a red headband to complete his look that was topped f with ice around his neck. Jump forward to today, you’d be hard pressed to spot Yo Gotti rocking anything less than a two-piece suit paired with a turtleneck or anything that actually fits his body and shows he knows how to dress as the 38-year-old grown man that he is. Just like his caption states, you gotta start somewhere. We absolutely agree, Gotti!

Take a look at his post below, and let us know what you think Yo Gotti’s style transformation over the years:

Kanye West Uses Military-Esque Convoy To Deliver Yeezys In Chicago

Kanye West has always been one for theatrics. The artist and sneaker designer is always thinking new ways to do things and today, he did just that in Chicago’s Wicker Park. Earlier this week, it was reported that Kanye would be dropping the Adidas Yeezy Basketball Quantum for All-Star weekend although there was no real consensus on when the shoe would drop for real. Well, as you can see in the video below, a whole convoy trucks that look like they came straight from the military, descended upon Wicker Park. No one knew what these trucks were doing until they opened up to reveal boxes full Yeezy basketball shoes, according to Complex Sneakers.

Some lucky fans were able to get their hands on the shoe early and were eager to show f their cops to the cameras nearby. It remains to be seen whether or not this shoe will get a more ficial release although we’re sure more information will be coming down the pipeline shortly.

This is easily one the most unique sneaker drops we’ve seen in quite a while. Honestly, we wish Ye would tell us where he got those trucks. They seem like a pretty fun drive.

This sneaker has a very basic upper although there is a pop color towards the back. As you can see, the Primeknit upper and midsole is a light shade grey. From there, the back half the stripe on the side, as well as the back heel itself, is orange. For those who’ve been paying attention to the Yeezy brand over the years, this model is reminiscent the “Beluga” colorways we’ve seen since the 350 V2s inception. If you’re looking for something more neutral for the Spring, these will definitely do the trick.

According to Sneaker News, these will be available as Saturday, February 22nd for $220 USD. Unfortunately for those in North America, these will only be exclusive to people who live in the Europe/Russia area. Let us know in the comments below what you think and whether or not you plan on copping.

James Harden Honors Kobe Bryant With A Classic Reebok Question PE

If you were tuned in to last night’s Houston Rockets vs Los Angeles Lakers game at Staples Center, you may have noticed that James Harden wasn’t wearing his Adidas Harden Vol. 4 signature sneaker. In fact, he wasn’t wearing Adidas at all.

As a nod to the late, great Kobe Bryant, Harden elected to rock the classic Reebok Question Mid “Kobe Bryant” PE. Worth noting, Adidas owns Reebok so there were no issues with The Beard swapping brands for the special occasion.

The special edition Questions were originally made for Kobe Bryant during the 2002-03 season when he was in the midst a move from Adidas to Nike, but they later released as part a Packer Shoes collab in 2013. Featuring a crisp, white tumbled leather upper, the Reebok Question PE boasts purple and gold detailing throughout, highlighted by Bryant’s No. 8 in place Allen Iverson’s No. 3 at the base the heel.

The pair that Harden wore last night is currently available at spots like GOAT and StockX, though they’ll cost you nearly $500. Take a closer look at some detailed images below.

Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Releasing In Three Regional Exclusive Colorways

Kanye West and Adidas have several different Yeezy Boost 350 V2s on deck for February, including “Tail Light,” “Earth” and “Flax” colorways. According to sneaker source Yeezy Mafia, the trio Yeezys are all scheduled to drop on February 22nd but your ability to cop a pair will depend on where you live.

As seen in the tweet embedded below, each colorway will be releasing in a specific region. For instance, the “Earth” colorway will be available in North and South America, the “Tail Light” in Europe and Russia, and the “Flax” in Asia and Africa.

As a play on the “Taillight” moniker, that particular colorway is highlighted by orange detailing around the heel, mimicking the lights at the back a car. Yeezy, Nike, & Jumpman Headline The Best-Selling Shoes Of 2019

There were plenty dope sneakers released in 2019 and once again, many sneaker companies saw their prits rise. From Adidas, to Nike, to Jumpman, there were a plethora shoes out on the market which led to a wide variety sales. Thanks to Matt Powell  the NPD Group, we now know which models performed the best this year and quite honestly, some these results are pretty surprising.

The report features a top 10 which begins with the Air Jordan 11 in tenth spot. From ninth all the way to first we have the Nike Air Max 97, Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star Low, Vans Ward, Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2, Air Jordan 4, Adidas NMD R1, Nike Tanjun, Nike Air Force 1 Low, and Nike Air Max 270.

Nike

Interestingly, these results aren’t based on the success one colorway, but multiple. This means the more colorways released, the better chance a shoe had ending up on the list. With this in mind, it shouldn’t be so shocking that the Nike Air Force 1 Low was second while the Air Max 270 was first.

The Adidas NMD R1 performed quite well this past year despite the decaying hype surrounding the sneaker. Not to mention, the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 is still going strong and thanks to numerous new colorways, it found its way to number 6.

What do you think these results? Did you cop anything on the list?

Forbes Reveals Highest-Paid Gamers Earned Over $120 Million During 2019

2019 was a groundbreaking year for gamers. Forbes reports that the top ten players earned over $120 million last year.

Sitting atop that list is, unsurprisingly, Tyler “Ninja” Blevins. The Fornite king raked in $17 million during 2019. Notably, Ninja’s earnings came, not from his work as an eSports player, but mostly from endorsements, fees and sponsorships. He signed an unprecedented deal with Mixer, that Forbes estimates is worth upwards  $30 million. He’s got his own Adidas sneaker, a partnership with Red Bull, has appeared on The Tonight Show, and now, has his own character in Fortnite. The pressional gaming landscape has grown by leaps and bounds since Ninja’s start with Halo 3 in 2009.

At number two, sits Felix “PewDiePie” Kjellberg. PewDiePie ranks as the top individual YouTuber with  $15 million in earnings. He’s also the most subscribed-to YouTuber with 103 million subscribers. Despite his popularity, he’s routinely lost endorsements for videos and jokes deemed anti-Semitic and racist.

Continuing the trend influencer rather than competitor, are the third and fourth players on the list, Preston Arsement and Mark “Markiplier” Fischbach. Both brought in $14 million last year (Preston ranks slightly above Markiplier) by bringing their fun personalities to their playthroughs.

Check out the full list the top ten highest-paid gamers below.

1) Ninja (Tyler Blevins) – $17 million.
2) PewDiePie (Felix Kjellberg) – $15 million.
3) Preston (Preston Arsement) – $14 million.
4) Markiplier (Mark Fischbach) – $14 million.
5) Shroud (Michael Grzesiek) – $12.5 million.
6) DanTDM (Daniel Middleton) – $12 million.
7) VanossGaming (Evan Fong) – $11.5 million.
8) Jacksepticeye (Sean McLoughlin) – $11 million.
9) TimTheTatman (Timothy Betar) – $8 million.
10) Nickmercs (Nick Kolcheff) – $6 million.

"Marsh" Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Available Early: Resale Price Report

Fans the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 will be overjoyed to know that there are a plethora colorways on tap for 2020, including the all-new “Marsh” iteration releasing this Saturday, February 1st. Although the yellow-based Yeezys will not ficially drop for another couple days, a number pairs have already been sold on StockX, giving us a good idea the resale value.

Adidas

Much like the similarly styled “Antlia” Yeezy Boost 350 V2 that dropped in June 2019, the “Marsh” colorway currently carries an average resale price $380. Considering the kicks will only be available  Yeezy Supply, there’s a good chance those resale prices will continue to climb following the launch. Head on over to StockX today to cop your pair ahead this weekend’s release.

The Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Marsh” features a “sandstone-yellow” primeknit upper, which appears to be just slightly darker than the yellow midsole. Additional details include a brown sockliner, a semi-translucent grey streak across the upper, and a milky, translucent outsole beneath the full length Boost cushioning. This colorway also lacks the pull tab on the heel, but we don’t think that’ll deter any potential buyers.
