Air Jordan 10 "Super Bowl LIV" Colorway Coming Soon

Jordan Brand reportedly has plans to release a special edition “Super Bowl LIV” sneaker pack at the end January, which will include an exclusive Air Jordan 10 colorway. According to sneaker source @J23App, Jordan Brand will also be releasing a “Super Bowl LIV” colorway  one their newest silhouettes, the Jordan Max 200.

Details are scarce as now, but both kicks are listed as having “Multi-Color” color schemes. With a rumored release date January 31, we expect to learn more information sooner than later.

Earlier this year, Jordan Brand gifted several NFL stars with a “Game Ball” Air Jordan 12, wrapped in a football-inspired leather upper. The exclusive sneakers also came equipped with grain-stained detailing on the outsole, really tying together the football vibes.

That type design scheme would certainly be appropriate for a Super Bowl-themed Air Jordan pack, but we’ll just have to wait and see what Jordan has in store.

Air Jordan 12 "Reverse Taxi" Releasing Sooner Than Expected

The highly anticipated Air Jordan 12 “Reverse Taxi,” originally rumored to release on November 9, is now slated to release on Halloween, October 31 for the retail price $190.

What’s more, the kicks will be available in sizes for the whole family, with big kid’s sizes retailing for $140, little kid’s for $80 and toddler’s for $60.

Given the “Reverse Taxi” moniker, one would assume that the 12s will flip the colors used on the beloved “Taxi” Air Jordan 12, making for a sneaker that looks very similar to the “Playfs” colorway. However, that buttery st suede construction strays from the tumbled leather build  both the “Taxi” and “Playf” 12s. Additionally the leather overlays match the black upper, fering no form contrast.

Similar to the original Taxi colorway, the “Reverse Taxi” will feature metallic gold detailing on the eyelets, accented by red and gold detailing on the tongue and heel.

With the release now slated for October 31, ficial images should be surfacing any day now. Stay tuned for those and continue scrolling for a look at some additional leaked photos.

Air Jordan 12 "Reverse Taxi" Coming This Fall: In-Hand Photos

While the Air Jordan 12 is best known for giving birth to the “Flu Game” colorway, there is no denying just how important the “Taxi” version is to the culture. The “Taxi” colorway was known for its white leather upper and black overlays which created an incredibly clean and fashionable shoe. Over the years, the “Taxi” model has seen a couple re-releases and now, it seems as though Jordan Brand is looking to give it a fresh update, this time opting for a “reverse” fering.

The Air Jordan 12 “Reverse Taxi” uses all the same colors as the original “Taxi” model except now, the color scheme has completely changed. As you can see from the in-hand images below, courtesy @solebyjc, the shoe’s upper is all black and is made both suede and leather. From there, white appears on the midsole while gold and red accents can be seen throughout.

It’s a shoe that will certainly appeal to all the OG sneakerheads out there. If you’re a fan the Air Jordan 12 and have been looking for a nice clean option, this is certainly a great place to start. As right now, the release date is set for Saturday, November 9th with a price $190 USD.
