Kodak Black Selling Replica Dolls Of Himself & They Can Talk

Hopefully, Kodak Black will get a chance to redeem himself someday soon. As right now, the Florida rapper remains in jail for falsifying information on a gun application. He’s been wasting away behind bars for a few months and as his fans wait for him to make his grand return, they are now able to keep a little piece the star nearby. If ever you’re missing the Project Baby, you can get your very own replica doll the recording artist Sniper Gang Apparel.

In a surprise release, Sniper Gang announced the latest Kodak Black merch to have hit their website. Available for a very limited time only, the plush toy is actually sound-activated, meaning you can have legitimate conversations with Kodak if you want. You may want to ask very specific inquiries though because he can only utter five different phrases. According to the post, the “Lil Bill” stuffie speaks every time you squeeze its hands, shoes, or tummy. Some his most popular catchphrases, including “Gleeeeee” and “Lemme drive the boat,” are pre-programmed into the toy.

Once these are gone, they will not be restocked. Each order comes with a postcard pre-addressed to Kodak Black, allowing you to send him fan mail in jail. The doll goes for $81.

Will you be copping one these?

The Clash Sue Wilson Sporting Goods Over Its 'Clash' Tennis Rackets

Copyright infringement lawsuits in the music industry have been all the rage lately.  Now, it’s time for a trademark challenge.

Late last week, The Clash filed suit claiming theft of its trademark.   The band has filed a complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court against Wilson Sporting Goods, alleging that the company was infringing on the band’s trademark by introducing a line of tennis rackets called “Clash.”

Of course, the word ‘clash’ has existed long before the band — or the tennis racket, for that matter. So how can anyone own a word in the dictionary?

Turns out it’s a bit more complicated than that. The lawsuit contends that The Clash have long had a presence in the tennis industry. The band noted that it has licensed its music to a number of major tennis events, including Wimbledon. It has also licensed a Clash-branded line of tennis sneakers that were made by Converse.

Dorisimo Limited, which is the U.K.-based company that owns the Clash’s trademark, insists that Wilson’s new tennis rackets are employing the band’s trademark without permission.  The overlap will confuse consumers into thinking that the rackets were endorsed by the band, according to the complaint.

Complicating matters is the fact that Wilson, which has been selling “Clash” tennis rackets since February of this year, currently owns the U.S. trademark for the word “clash” as it relates to tennis rackets, covers of tennis rackets, and sport bags.

Because of this, Dorisimo wants the California court to cancel Wilson’s trademark, which they say infringes on their own U.S. trademark, which covers merchandise apparel as well as music productions.

In addition to the cancellation of the trademark, Dorisimo is seeking damages from Wilson for at least $3 million and all profit that Wilson has derived from its “Clash” products.  They also want Wilson to destroy its inventory of goods containing the “Clash” label, and they want a permanent injunction against Wilson, which would prevent the company from ever again using the word “Clash” on any of its products.

So far, Wilson has yet to issue a comment on the matter.

The Clash, who enjoyed immense success in the 1970s and 80s, disbanded in 1986.  More than 30 years later, classics like “Should I Stay or Should I Go” and “Rock the Casbah” are still getting heavy plays.

Celtics’ Enes Kanter Wins WWE 24/7 Title At MSG, Trolls Knicks Fans: Video

Boston Celtics center Enes Kanter returned to Madison Square Garden on Monday night, where he did something he rarely experienced as a member the Knicks – win.

Ahead last night’s episode Monday Night Raw, Kanter hopped in the ring during WWE’s Main Event taping where he defeated WWE 24/7 champion R-Truth, after Truth interrupted his interview. As the title’s name suggests, the belt can be won at any place and any time, so Kanter took full advantage to pin R-Truth as soon as the opportunity arose.

Kanter then unzipped his track suit to reveal his Boston Celtics jersey, much to the chagrin the fans in attendance. His title reign was short lived however, as Truth recovered and rolled Kanter up for the three-count while he was celebrating his victory.

Check out the footage below.

Kanter is an avid pressional wrestling fan, and he recently took part in a 25-minute pseudo-documentary titled “Enes The Menace,” in which he joined wrestling icon Diamond Dallas Page for some hands on training in between the ropes.

As part the mini documentary, Kanter got to pick out his in-ring apparel, learn a few techniques and dish out some punishment in the ring at DDP’s training facility in Atlanta.
