Cardi B is a very impressionable person and clearly, her ways have rubbed f on some her new famous friends like Kris Jenner, Khloe Kardashian and her daughter True Thompson. Khloe has taken a break from Los Angeles to hit the tropical beach with her family for a vacation and during a dip in the pool, she and her mom and daughter posed for a photo inspired by Cardi B.
Miss Cardi is infamously known for sticking out her tongue (as pictured here) and being as Cardi recently linked up with the Kardashian family, they’ve already taken cues from her popular poses. “Trying to do our best Cardi B 😝,” Khloe captioned the photo below with the crew all sticking their tongues out.
When Cardi first hung out with Kris she hilariously joked that she was going to sell her napkins on eBay after dubbing herself “ficially apart the rich people club.”
We’re sure Cardi is humbled by the vacation shoutout.
Eminem is the talk the internet right now. Who would have thought that in 2018, the man would be praised (and shamed) as severely as he is right now? It’s pretty safe to say that he’s redeemed himself after disappointing a large number folks with Revival with his true revival happening on the surprise Kamikaze from last week. Alongside the hype surrounding the album comes people trying to go head-to-head with the living legend. The most fearless opponent so far has been Machine Gun Kelly, who strapped up and released his own diss track against the “Rap God.” Others are going another route and trying to imitate him, which has proven to be a pretty difficult task in the past.
Many consider rappers like MGK to be sons to Eminem and with the OG’s rapid-fire approach acting as a mainstay on Kamikaze, one man tried his hand at copying Shady’s flow in a video that has now gone viral. If you ask me, the clip itself is ridiculously cringe-worthy. However, a decent chunk people believe he nailed the impression with over 66K retweets on the original post. See for yourself and let us know if you think he did a respectable job.
In case you missed it, Eminem dropped his video for “Fall” earlier today. While the visuals were highly welcome, we’re still waiting on a response to MGK. Maybe it’ll never come and this is just a repeat “Adidon?”
Yesterday, several news outlets (including us) reported on the alleged report that Sony attempted to use fake Michael Jackon vocals on his posthumous album, Michael. In 2014, a fan named Vera Serova filed a class action lawsuit against Michael Jackson’s longtime friend Eddie Cascio, claiming that his production team, Angelikson Productions, allowed an impersonator to perform on records and then sold them through the Jackson Estate and Sony Music. According to yesterday’s reports, Sony Music conceded to selling fake Michael Jackson tracks. Now, a lawyer for Sony Music and the Jackson Estate say that isn’t true at all.
Zia Modabber, Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, is representing both Sony Music and the Jackson estate in the lawsuit. In a statement published by Variety, Modabber said, “No one has conceded that Michael Jackson did not sing on the songs.” Modabber continued on to reference the most recent hearing on the case. “The hearing Tuesday was about whether the First Amendment protects Sony Music and the Estate and there has been no ruling on the issue whose voice is on the recordings.” The songs that are being debated are “Breaking News,” “Keep Your Head Up,” and “Monster.” The latter track features 50 Cent.
So many folks have been doing dope impersonations T’Challa and Killmonger from Black Panther ever since the film dropped. But one the funniest and most powerful characters to grace the screen was Winston Duke‘s character M’Baku.
People are calling for one kid on Twitter to get casted in the Black Panther sequel after his incomparable M’Baku impression went viral. Shout out to @Crossl4c for his impersonation. Did he nail it, or nah?
