Rumors have been swirling around about their marriage for quite some time now, but Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have been proving that they are as in love and unbothered as ever. Just last week, Bieber and Baldwin were grabbing headlines for reportedly getting married on the low in New York. These reports were quickly shut down when it was discovered that Justin had simply gone to acquire a marriage license. In the wake this media storm, the couple has gone on a trip and continue to make the most their time together.
Earlier today, the crooner and his fiancee were captured on a date while out and about in London. Taking a moment to be tourists, the two lined up to enjoy the charms the London Eye Ferris wheel. Observers reported the couple as being kind, affectionate and generally enamored with one another. As if the picturesque date wasn’t romantic enough a notion, Justin serenaded the successful model outside Buckingham Palace. Picking up a guitar, the Canadian musician performed an endearing version Tracy Chapman’s 1988 song, “Fast Car” for an appreciative crowd and his bride-to-be.
Various sources have been speculating that the couple will have a destination wedding outside the United States. It remains to be seen where exactly the marriage will take place, but it is abundantly clear that the couple is genuinely happy.
At this point, it’s not even worth debating anymore. Eminem is the greatest all time at taking selfies. The Kardashians can take a backseat because Slim Shady is doing things the right way these days. Ever since he took control his own Twitter account in April, Em has been having some fun on his socials, flexing questionable selfie skills that may or may not be staged to poke fun at his own technological ineptitudes. It was only a matter time before the legend uploaded his first-ever selfie from on stage and, as you would expect, it is as awkward and illustrious as you would expect.
During a recent performance in London, the “Rap God” took a quick photo himself and the crowd and although the audience is clearly the focus the image, Em’s hood and left eye are the only things visible in the shot that belong to the artist. Of course, this isn’t the first time Shady has gone and uploaded a nearly unrecognizable selfie. In fact, we’re lucky it was posted to his proper page because, if it were anywhere else, it would be pretty impossible to realize Eminem was in the photo.
We look forward to whenever the next installment Em’s GOAT selfies will take place. This is becoming a trend we can definitely get behind.
If you frequent many concerts during the year, you’ve almost undoubtedly encountered a show that was terribly disorganized. With venues and festival organizers beginning to seriously crack down on bag size and what you’re allowed to bring with you, it can be pretty difficult to plan your night or weekend accordingly. Fans who frequented the Eminem show in London on Saturday night know what I’m talking about first-hand.
Taking place at the Twickenham Stadium, fans left in awe Eminem’s performance. However, they may not have left with their belongings as the venue was reportedly so disorganized in the bag check area that people were “struggling to breathe” and getting “trampled.” According to NME, many concertgoers were forced to leave their bags in the checked area because new restrictions being enforced by the concert venue. Apparently, disgruntled employees ended up dumping the bags into a container for fans to find themselves, regardless the ticketing process.
One fan, Tom Rosher, told NME, “There was two security guards and you’re supposed to hand them your ticket to get your bag back. But they were shouting out ticket numbers and handing them to anyone who said it was theirs.” Definitely not an ideal situation. According to eyewitnesses, people were struggling to breathe and pushing each other to get to the front the line after noticing what was happening. The chaotic affair has been described as a “free-for-all,” leaving fans waiting for over 2 and a half hours, missing their transport home and having their belongings stolen in some cases.
This is definitely an unfortunate end to an otherwise amazing evening. Read more here and let us know the worst concert experience you’ve ever had.
Remember the rumors flying around that Lil Uzi Vert is actually Satan? While the assumption was never actually proven, Uzi seems interested in reviving the speculation through his recent claims during his set at London’s Wireless Festival. Just before performing his most popular song “XO Tour Llif3,” Uzi stopped the beat to send a message to his fans. According to the Philadelphia rapper, his performance coincided with the “rapture,” and since none the audience members were flying up to Heaven, they were clearly all going to Hell.
Perhaps Uzi knows something that we don’t. Maybe we are actually in the midst a rapture and Uzi is the one to save us all. Hinting at his satanic allegiances in the past, the “Money Longer” singer told crowd members, “Like I told y’all earlier, you motherfuckers have entered the rapture. And if nobody flying up to Heaven right now, obviously all y’all motherfuckers going to Hell right with me.” As the hit song begins to play, Uzi continues to speak over the instrumental, going further. “Oh, you already here,” says Uzi, “I’m so sorry. You can’t get out! You’re stuck, it’s over. You heard the song a million times and you didn’t even know. That’s fucked up but I still love you anyway.”
Pretty bizarre stuff but we’ve come to expect no less from Lil Uzi Vert, the man who wrote his Instagram log-in on the bathroom wall a brothel. I don’t know about you but I’m pretty curious to relisten to “XO Tour Llif3” and see just what he’s talking about.
If ever we hear a song between these three, perhaps the world really is coming to an end. We can’t envision ever being exposed to a collaboration between Drake and Lil Pump but, who knows, maybe one these days we’ll get lucky. Drake has a tendency throwing around his co-sign to anybody who he thinks deserves it. Most recently, BlocBoy JB and Lil Baby have been given the Drizzy stamp approval. French Montana previously collaborated with Lil Pump on the Deadpool 2 track, “Welcome to the Party,” and Drake worked with French on “No Shopping” but could a song utilizing all three their voices be in the works.
The three were likely just chatting over the weekend in London but the possibility a track between the three them seems at least exist now that they’ve snapped a pic together. Showing f their “London Wave,” the three posed for a selfie at Wireless, cheesing for the camera with Pump looking the most excited to be witnessing Drake’s highness in person.
Drake was a surprise appearance at the U.K. festival, replacing DJ Khaled after he was vacationing too hard. Lil Pump also performed a set at Wireless, pausing his concert midway to help a fan through a medical emergency. Although a track with all three these talents sounds like it has the potential to be a hot mess, we’re kind curious as to exactly what it would sound like.
In their quest to fight a rising crime rate, London Police have continued to place the blame on urban youth and, more specifically, UK drill rappers. According to The Independent, they’re even going to far as to try and stop drill music from being made at all.
Last month, it was reported that London Police were trying to stamp down the popularity drill music by have music videos forcibly removed from YouTube channels. 30 videos were confirmed to have been removed, and the police stated that they had built a database 1400 music videos they would be using to try to reduce violent crime.
One group, 1011, fought against the removal, starting a petition to have their videos reinstated. Now, it appears that that same group are the police’s targets once again.
Back in November, the group had been caught armed with baseball bats and machetes, and were suspected going to attack a rival gang. As their trial wrapped up on June 11th, the police applied for an unprecedented Criminal Behavior Order (CBO) that would forcibly ban the group from recording violent rap music. Music videos from 1011 were presented in court as evidence criminal intent.
While the judge refused the CBO, this marks a new plateau in the lengths police will go to try and put a stop to drill music. All five members the group pleaded guilty to their charges, with three the members serving over 3 years, and the two underage members only serving 1-2.
Detective Chief Superintendent Southward the Metropolitan Police said, “This is not about regulation or censorship, this is about making sure that we look specifically at the behaviours that have occurred and do what we can to prevent them from occurring again in the future in a way that is likely to result in violence.”
