Khloe Kardashian Has An Entire Room In Her House Just For Her Wigs & Hair Extensions

It’s no secret that the Kardashian clan take their glam very seriously. Many members the famous family switch up their look fairly ten, which includes donning drastically different hairstyles from one day to the next. No Kardashian transforms her tresses more ten than Khloe, though, which is why she, course, needs an entire space in her home where her various hair accessories can live. The reality star and founder Good American showed f her “hair room” on Thursday with a snap her various hair extensions and wigs on her Instagram story. “50 shades blonde!” Khloe wrote on the photo, in which an array golden locks are seen hanging on some racks. “One my favourite rooms!”

Above the closet full extensions various hues, lengths, and textures, Khloe has her wig collection displayed on some metallic busts. It’s quite an impressive accumulation, even if having an entire room in your house just for your hair feels a bit excessive. If there’s anything we can depend on the Kardashians for, though, it’s going over the top with their storage spaces. Kim Kardashian recently gave a tour her kitchen in which she showed f her multiple fridges, including an industrial-sized walk-in refrigerator, after she got criticized for having not having any food in her fridge.

Legendary "Dragon Ball" Narrator, Brice Armstrong, Passes Away At 84

For many casual fans anime, Dragon Ball was their introduction into the Japanese animated art realm. And with this particular show being an entry point for these fans, the first-ever voice they heard while watching the English-version the coveted series belonged to none other than Brice Armstrong, the show’s narrator and sometimes voice actor. Sadly, Armstrong passed away at the tender age 84-years-old on Jan. 10 according to his talent agency and British publication, UNILAD

Brice Armstrong gained notoriety as one the show’s English-dubbed narrator and also voice-acted for the characters Lord Slug, an extremely rare Super Namekian, and Captain Ginyu, the commander the mercenary platoon, the Ginyu Force. Armstrong also did some English voice acting on several different animes including Yu Yu Hakusho, Lupin the Third, Fullmetal Alchemist, Case Closed and more.

At one point during his fruitful voice acting career, voice acting legend James Earl Jones even complimented the vocalist, saying, “I wish I had your vocal control.” A statement provided by Armstrong’s talent agency, Mary Collins Agency, confirmed his death earlier this month stating:

“I’m sad to say we lost a dear client and friend, voice actor Brice Armstrong, on Friday, January 10th, 2020. He died natural causes at his home at age 84. Although many you might not know Brice’s work, as he retired in 2009, many more you knew Brice as an exceedingly talented voice actor, and a very sweet, funny guy.

In the anime and game community, Brice is perhaps best known as the narrator for the original Dragonball series, characters Captain Ginyu and Lord Slug in Dragonball Z, as well as providing voices on Yu Yu Hakusho, Lupin III, Case Closed and many other titles.

Christopher Sabat, a Mary Collins Agency voice actor and founder Okratron 5000, worked with and directed Brice ten. ‘Brice was the kindest, funniest person I’ve ever known. He was always humble, never in a bad mood–not the attitude you’d expect from such an industry legend.’”

According to UNILAD, the baritone voice actor passed away from natural causes leaving behind six children and nine grandchildren. In honor his recent passing, a donation fundraiser for Armstrong’s favorite charity has been created and can be found, here.

With Dragon Ball becoming one the most lucrative franchises in animated history, dropping capsule clothing collections, video games, to movies – the show’s supporters would formally like to recognize Brice Armstrong’s contributions to the series for being the voice that stood at the forefront one the greatest animes all-time. Rest in power, Brice Armstrong.

SZA Gives Behind-The-Scenes Peak Of Unreleased Music Video

We all know SZA SZN is approaching. We can feel it in our bones and see it on our feeds. While the TDE signee avoids giving us specific details regarding when we could expect new music from her, she has been teasing that the day is not too far away. On Sunday, SZA shared a “photo dump” on Instagram, meaning she unloaded a random bunch  cute pictures sitting in her camera roll. However, this particular dump didn’t seem to random. The slideshow communicates a message: SZA is in album mode.

Three photos in the post show her in the recording studio and another three them appear to have been taken on set for a music video. Is SZA prepping a new single? While the song remains a mystery, we now have an idea what the vibe for the music video will be. SZA is seen dressed in what seems to be a metallic snakeskin bodysuit with matching silver heels by which it would be absolute honor to be stepped on. Sean Brown is tagged in that photo, perhaps because he is responsible for directing the video. SZA also shared a short clip from the futuristic visuals, which shows her twirling in another killer outfit amidst flashing lights.

SZA, we’re happy to have you back around.

Air Jordan 1 High OG "Black Satin" Coming Soon: Official Photos

January is typically a slow month for sneakers but Jordan Brand hasn’t gotten the memo, apparently. There have been quite a few releases slated for this month and Jumpman is making sure they start the year with a bang. Of course, the Air Jordan 1 High OG continues to be a priority for the brand as it is easily one the most iconic shoes all-time. Every single year, the brand drops numerous new colorways and 2020 is going to be no different.

One the first AJ1 colorways the year will be this “Black Satin” fering which can be spotted below. The shoe isn’t extravagant in terms colors although it’s certainly great if you’re looking for something a little more lowkey. This sneaker is covered in a black satin base while black leather overlays grace the upper. Red is placed on the laces as well as the Nike Air logo on the front. Overall, it’s an interesting new colorway that helps give the silhouette some momentum as we enter the new year.

Top 10 Air Jordan 5 Colorways Of All Time

Michael Jordan began the 90s with zero NBA titles and ended the decade with six. Coming into 1990, Jordan was a bonafide superstar who was on the cusp something great. His Chicago Bulls were becoming a terror and NBA teams were taking notice. Off the court, Jordan was thriving thanks to his sneaker deal with Nike although things weren’t always that way. Back in 1988, Jordan was ready to leave Nike before legendary designer Tinker Hatfield came in and saved the day with his prototype the Air Jordan 3. Two years later, Hatfield and Jordan were back for more as they revealed the Air Jordan 5 to the world.

2020 is the 30th anniversary the sneaker that kicked f an entire decade. At first, the Jordan 5 polarized fans and consumers with its peculiar silhouette and shark-teeth midsole. Eventually, fans came around and the Jordan 5 became a classic. Aided by various references in popular culture, some colorways are easily recognizable and will forever stand the test time. This sneaker has a whole library hits but we’ve decided to countdown our ten favorites.

10. Air Jordan 5 x Trophy Room “Ice Blue”

Top 10 Air Jordan 5 Colorways Of All Time

In 2019, Jordan’s son Marcus – who also happens to run the sneaker store Trophy Room – came through with one the dopest Air Jordan 5 collabs we have seen in quite some time. The shoe dropped in a friends and family red suede version although the pair that made it to retailers was the “Ice Blue” fering. The smooth light blue suede makes this a shoe that immediately pops when you put it on your feet. As for the midsole, that’s dressed in white while the shark teeth are red. Overall, it’s a beautiful design that would look great in anyone’s collection. Unfortunately, these were hard to come by so if you want to cop them, you’re going to have to fork over quite a bit cash.

9. Air Jordan 5 “Doernbecher”

Top 10 Air Jordan 5 Colorways Of All Time

What makes this shoe so amazing is the incredible story behind it. For those who don’t know, every year Nike links up with the Doernbecher hospital for a collection sneakers designed by the patients. This Air Jordan 5 became famous because the way it paid tribute to the late Isaac Arzate. The shoe features his date birth and passing on the tongue while the upper is covered in words from a poem he wrote right before he died. His baseball and basketball jersey numbers are placed on the side which helps to honor his memory. Not to mention, these shoes glow in the dark and create a beautiful shade blue. Overall, there is a  meaning behind these shoes and they will forever be a classic in the history Doernbecher collabs.

8. Air Jordan 5 “Black Grape”

Top 10 Air Jordan 5 Colorways Of All Time

One the defining characteristics the 90s was just how many vibrant colors there were. The 80s were vibrant themselves but typically, these colors were delivered in a monochrome fashion. Meanwhile, the 90s were known for packaging various colors in a unique way. If there was any shoe that showcased this need for uniquely packaged colors, it would be the “Black Grape” colorway the AJ5. While it may not be as iconic as the white version, the black fering certainly holds up as one the best models in the Jordan 5’s rich history. Packed with lowkey black suede and purple/teal highlights, this sneaker is a huge hit amongst sneakerheads. With the Top 3 Jordan 5 coming this year, expect the “Black Grape” colorway to get some shine in your local sneaker groups.

7. Air Jordan 5 “Shanghai Shen”

Top 10 Air Jordan 5 Colorways Of All Time

Over the years, there have been various Jordan sneakers that pay homage to MJ’s high school days. Of course, I am talking about the infamous blue and yellow “Laney” colorways that have graced the uppers various Jordan silhouettes. This Air Jordan 5 from 2013 is easily one the best “Laney” models on the market. As you can see, the shoe is dressed in white leather with blue and yellow hints on the midsole. From there, an icy blue outsole helps give the shoe some contrast. The blue tongue and yellow Jumpman logo also help make this sneaker stand out from the rest. Jordan Brand recently came through with a “Laney” model that is covered in blue suede although it just didn’t hit the same. For sneaker lovers, the original Laney is where it’s at.

6. Air Jordan 5 “Raging Bull”

Top 10 Air Jordan 5 Colorways Of All Time

What more can you say about a sneaker covered in red suede? The “Raging Bull” colorway remains one the best Jordan 5’s in the silhouette’s expansive library. Not to mention, it’s a fairly rare shoe and you’ll have to do some digging in order to find a deadstock pair. Even if red shoes aren’t your thing, you have to appreciate how Jordan Brand took the shoe to the next level with this one fering. We can only hope they retro these soon.

5. Air Jordan 5 “Bel-Air”

Top 10 Air Jordan 5 Colorways Of All Time

Will Smith deserves a ton credit when it comes to making the Air Jordan 5 popular. Smith wore the shoe religiously during the first season  The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air. Jumpman was well-aware what Smith was doing and in order to pay homage to his love the shoe, they came through with the appropriately titled “Bel-Air” colorway. The shoe features a grey suede upper with colorful trimmings throughout. For instance, the midsole is purple and the outsole has traces neon yellow. Meanwhile, the sock-lining is filled with colorful geometrical shapes that scream “90s aesthetic.” Some may say this looks like a kids shoe but it is easily one the best Jordan 5s out there. In both a thematical and storytelling sense, this shoe is hard to top.

4. Air Jordan 5 “Tokyo”

Top 10 Air Jordan 5 Colorways Of All Time

StockX

Part the reason for why the “Tokyo” model is so high on the list is because just how rare it is. This sneaker is a bit a unicorn and is almost impossible to find whether it be on resale apps or even your local reseller group on Facebook. Jumpman knew they had a hit on their hands when they created this one. Yellow leather graces the upper as black hits are placed on the laces, sock-lining and heel cup. Charcoal grey finds its way onto the side panels and tongue which creates a beautiful and unexpected contrast with the yellow leather. Even the shark teeth on the midsole are yellow which ultimately helps add to the overall motif the shoe. All-yellow sneakers tend to work well on Jordan silhouettes and the “Tokyo” colorway is no exception.

3. Air Jordan 5 “Black/Metallic Silver”

Top 10 Air Jordan 5 Colorways Of All Time

StockX

It may not be the most colorful fering on this list but there is no denying just how classic the “Black Metallic” colorway is. It’s an OG model for the Jordan 5 and to this day, it still lives up to the hype. There is something to be said about simplistic colorways. Thanks to this shoe’s black suede upper and silver highlights, it is a fashion piece that can be worn with just about any outfit. Not to mention, it’s the perfect neutral colorway if you need to wear something to your local basketball court and don’t have your own jersey. Every time this shoe drops, fans are excited about it and that’s all you really need to know.

2. Air Jordan 5 “Fire Red”

Top 10 Air Jordan 5 Colorways Of All Time

StockX

You can’t make a list great Air Jordan 5 colorways without including at least one Chicago Bulls-inspired model. Of course, we are talking about the Air Jordan 5 “Fire Red” which will be making its long-awaited return in 2020. As far as colorways go, it’s quite basic. The upper is made with white leather while the midsole is mostly black with red shark teeth. Red also appears on the sock-lining and Jumpman logo on the tongue. From there, 3M material is placed on the tongue in order to make it reflective in specific lighting situations. If you watched Jordan play, then the “Fire Red” model is what you probably remember most from his Jordan 5 days. If there was ever a “starter” Air Jordan 5, it would either have to be the “Fire Red” colorway or the “Black Metallic” model above. Either way, you truly can’t go wrong with this classic fering.

1. Air Jordan 5 “Grape”

Top 10 Air Jordan 5 Colorways Of All Time

StockX

Earlier, we discussed Will Smith’s love the Air Jordan 5 and how he helped make it famous on his sitcom. For those you who have watched the show, you probably remember that he was mostly seen rocking the “Grape” colorway. While the black suede version is dope, there is no denying that the OG model is the pinnacle the silhouette. Dressed in white leather, purple tongue and midsole, and teal highlights on the Jumpman logo and shark teeth, the “Grape” Air Jordan 5 is a bonafide classic. There have been various reissues the shoe and every single time, sneakerheads rush to their local sneaker stores to scoop them up. This shoe is the perfect representation the 90s and helps signify a time when purple and teal were all the rage. Luckily for us, Jumpman will be dropping a purple suede version the “Grape” colorway later this year. We can only hope that it lives up to the legacy its predecessor.

Legendary Rush Drummer Neil Peart Passes Away

Rush has announced that its longtime drummer Neil Peart has died of brain cancer at the age of 67.

The band says that Peart passed away on January 7 in Santa Monica, California.

Considered among the most innovative drummers in rock music, Peart was known for the exorbitant amount of drums that he used in his kit, which sometimes numbered over 40. He was also known for his onstage presence and his playing style.

While Peart had been with Rush since 1974, he was not their original drummer. He replaced John Rutsey, who performed on the band’s debut album and who left because of difficulties with diabetes.

Peart was not only the band’s drummer. He also became the group’s chief lyricist and is said to have been heavily influenced by Objectivist Ayn Rand. This was likely the reason why the band became a favorite of many conservatives.

With Peart, the band famously weaved heavy metal with progressive rock while steadily incorporating elements of musical trends, such as new wave in the late 1970s.

This led to some of their biggest hit songs, such as “Tom Sawyer” and “Spirit of the Radio.”

In 1983, Peart was inducted into the Modern Drummer Hall of Fame, making him the youngest to ever be inducted. 30 years later, he and the rest of the members of Rush were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

In their long career, Rush, as of 2017, has sold more than 40 million records worldwide. They also have been nominated for 7 Grammy Awards.

During his life, though, Peart suffered more than his share of tragedy. In 1997, he lost his daughter Selena in a car accident, and his first wife Jacqueline died months later of cancer. This led the band to take an extended hiatus.

In 2000, Peart remarried and the band started up again. However, in December of 2015, he announced his retirement from music because of health concerns.

After Pink announced a $500K donation to Australian fire relief, several other stars are stepping up. Metallica announced they’ll match Pink’s contribution, while Elton John committed $1 million to the cause.

The singer announced the donation while performing in Sydney. “We should all be in awe of the work the firefighters are doing,” he told his audience. “There are people out there who have lost their lives trying to save homes; there are people who have lost their lives and their homes.”

Elton John further reiterated that the loss of animal life in Australia has been staggering. He closed his Sydney concert by committing $1 million dollars to fund Australian fire relief efforts.

“The plight of the animals, a loss of their habitat that frankly is on a biblical scale and it’s heartbreaking,” the singer said. The crowd responded with a standing ovation after the announcement.

Metallica has also committed $515K to two firefighting organizations in Australia.

“We are overwhelmed by the news of the wildfires sweeping through millions of acres across Australia,” the band said in their statement. The group and its All Within My Hands Foundation will commit $750K Australian dollars, or about $515K USD. Services that will benefit from that donation include NSW Rural Fire Service and the Country Fire Authority in Victoria.

Metallica even asked fans to join them in donating to help fund the Australian fire relief effort. Metallica has donated to wildfire relief in California using its organization. The group raised $100K for California relief and another $100K for Camp Fire relief in 2018 through a .

The Australian bush fires have been fueled by drought and one of the hottest years on record. These bush fires have been raging since September and have killed 25 people and destroyed over 2,000 homes. The amount of scorched landmass in Australia would cover Ireland almost entirely.

The area of scorched landmass in Australia set over the island of Ireland.

Music stars like Pink, Elton John, and Metallica aren’t the only celebrities joining the effort, though. Chris Hemsworth, Keith Urban, and Nicole Kidman have all announced donations.
