On Wednesday, JT took to his social media to share a teaser his new song & video called “Supplies,” which will feature production from Pharrell and be dropping Thursday morning at 8 AM.

From what we can see, the visual finds J.T. sitting down in front a giant cluster television sets in a building that overlooks the nighttime skyscrapers backing him. There are also hints that the visual will feature social commentary.
If you look closer at the TV’s, the words “End Racism Now” appear across one the screens, while other symbols pop up in static-filled transitions, including guns, police cars, American flags, and fire. So it’s possible the record will be about such, but we’ll have to wait a few hours to find out.
Speaking on his album yesterday, JT said he would describe it as modern Americana with 808s. “I think the album has a wide range sonics on it, but I guess I would describe it as modern Americana with 808s,” Timberlake said. “It’s meant to be heard outside more than inside, I believe.”

Chicago Bears legend Brian Urlacher is being sued for $125 million by Tyna Robertson, the mother his 12-year-old son, according to a report by TMZ Sports.
Not $1.25 million. Not $12.5 million. $125 million.

What did Urlacher do to warrant such a lawsuit? According to Robertson, Urlacher, his lawyers and a Chicago Tribune reporter attempted to convince ficials that she was responsible for the 2016 death her husband, Ryan Karageorge, who died from a gun shot wound to the head.
According to reports, Tyna Robertson had told police she and Ryan had been arguing on the night the fatal shooting and at one point, he reached for a pistol in her purse and shot himself. Last April, Larry Yellen Fox 32 in Chicago reported the medical examiner in the case ruled Karageorge’s death a suicide.
In the $125 million lawsuit against Urlacher, Tyna Robertson claims that he, along with his lawyers and a reporter for the Chicago Tribune, set forth a plot to convince ficials and the public that the shooting was NOT a suicide, but rather Tyna murdered Ryan. Robertson also alleges that Urlacher was the mastermind behind it all in an effort to gain full custody their son.
According to court documents (filed in Illinois) obtained by TMZ, she wants $25 million in compensatory damages and an additional $100 million in punitive damages.
Tyga has been keeping himself busy to start the new year, both on a pressional and a personal level. The music video for his track “Temperature,” which puts him at the center a love story in Thailand, dropped recently, amping up the buzz surrounding his music. He also shared pictures him and his co-star from that video walking on the beach together, sparking speculation that they were secretly an item. Now, Tyga’s throwing it back some and showing the King Pop some love in a new video.

Uploading the footage to his personal Instagram account, the rapper paid tribute to Michael Jackson, lip synching his heart out to the classic track “Beat It,” which comes f Jackson’s 1982 record Thriller. Tyga captioned the video with the following message: “Morning vibes..Rest In Paradise Mike.” You can check out the entire video below.
Will T-Raww continue to be inspired by Jackson with more pop-infused music in 2018. “Temperature” certainly points in that direction, using parts the instrumental from Jazn’s track “Bombay” to give the proceedings a much-needed bit Latin energy, a quality that many artists are latching onto as the key to pop and crossover success at the moment. After releasing BITS2 and Bugatti Raww last year, LPs which most fans thought represented a return to form for the rapper, it will be interesting to see which direction Tyga chooses to go in now.

Aside from music, T.I. is also pretty well known for his unfiltered commentary, regardless for whether his opinion was asked for or not. Social media is typically where he’s gone to chime in on trending topics, whatever it may be. However, whenever T.I. speaks, people pay attention. Most recently, the rapper chimed in on some bars and rated them on a scale 1 to 4.
RELATED: Why T.I. Is One Of The Greatest Of All Time
T.I. was the most recent guest on BET’s “Rate The Bars” segment where rappers read anonymous lyrics and grade them from an unbiased perspective. T.I. took the hot seat this time around and was asked to chime in on several rappers including some his own artists. The rapper read lyrics Boosie, Young Dro, Jeezy as well as Iggy Azalea and 2Pac. However, the confusing part all this is that Pac’s bars got a significantly lower rating than Azalea.
T.I. read a few bars from Tupac’s “Something Wicked.”
Attackin’ the packs, I’m kickin’ the facts for stacks to rap
And those that max, relax and let the blacks get jacks
I’m gettin’ taxed, my packs is packed with angry blacks
T.I. concluded that the bars were only worthy on a 1 on a scale 4. “I gave it a one because, you know. ‘Rat, cat, dog, fog, run, fun’… I’m done.” Mind you, he’s had some high praises for Pac in the past so it’s definitely a bit weird.
He later rated Iggy Azalea’s bars on “Switch.” Tip ended up giving Iggy a 2.5 on that scale just based f the fact that she “rhymes and it’s talking about things.” Iggy used to be signed to Tip in the past but since their falling out, it’s not surprising that he gave her a rating that low. What is shocking is that Pac only got a one.

In addition to these artists, he also rated some his own bars on “King Of The South” with a 3.5 while giving the highest rating during the segment to B.o.B on “E.T.” with a four.

A 30-year-old man was so upset that his work schedule was cut down to 30-hours a week that he threatened the life his manager. Former Burger King employee Steven Ramirez was arrested last night after he threatened to “shoot the place up” if his work hours were reduced, The Las Vegas Review Journal reports.

Steven’s manager immediately called 911 after the threat was made where patrol ficers and a helicopter was sent to the 6677 W. Cheyenne Ave, Las Vegas fast food location. When they arrived at around 8:30 PM, six employees and four customers were evacuated with no injuries.
“Due to the manager’s decision to promptly call 9-1-1, and patrol and the air unit’s timely response, a potential workplace violence incidence was averted,” Metropolitan Police Lt. David Gordon told the publication.

When police searched the suspect they found a machete, a “partially disassembled” semi-automatic rifle and 15 bullets. Steven faces two charges carrying a concealed weapon without a permit and one charge owning a gun as a prohibited person.
For the majority music consumers who have adopted streaming as their to-go method for listening, Spotify is the clear favorite. With subscriber numbers that dwarf those at Apple Music, Tidal and Pandora, the company seems like an unstoppable force. To further this notion, information from a new report published by Venture Beat has Spotify pegged as a company that’s only growing stronger.
RELATED: Post Malone’s “Rockstar” Breaks Record For Longest #1 Run On Spotify Global Charts
Following the unconfirmed news that the streaming giant had filed documents for an eventual IPO, which would put the company on stock exchange listings before the first half 2018 is out, Spotify announced that they topped 70 million paid subscribers, which is significant. This information means that, on average, the company is adding about 10 million premium users to its user base every five to six months, which means that their value, especially for investors, is only increasing. The Verge reported that they were up near 140 million total users last year.
The competition is also struggling to keep up as well. Apple Music took nearly a year to go from 20 million users to over 30 million, but experts have said in the past that all other music streaming services have numbers that pale in comparison to those listed at Spotify. Only time will tell if the company can keep up this pace in terms growth or if their user base increase will eventually plateau, but one thing is for sure: Spotify is a force nature that cannot be touched within the industry.

It’s still unclear exactly what happened in the Los Angeles Clippers locker room after their victory over the Houston Rockets earlier this week, but James Harden says 99% the reports we’ve heard thus far are false.
Harden, Trevor Ariza and Chris Paul, all whom were allegedly involved in “storming” the Clippers locker room to confront Austin Rivers and Blake Griffin, addressed the rumors today while speaking with the media.
RELATED: Shaq, Charles Barkley & Others React To Clippers vs Rockets Locker Room Altercation
According to all three players, the reports that have surfaced thus far are inaccurate. Trevor Ariza mentioned that he has already spoken with the league fice about the incident, but could not provide a detailed account because the investigation is still ongoing.
In regards to the rumors, Chris Paul said, “Never ceases to amaze me. Some them were real funny.”
Among the reports was a rumor that Rockets center Clint Capela walked down the main corridor and banged on the front entrance to the Clippers locker room while CP3 led Harden, Ariza and Gerald Green through a secret tunnel into the locker room. However, Marc Stein the New York Times reported Wednesday that it was actually Tarik Black who knocked on the front door that night, and he wasn’t meant to be a diversion for his other teammates.
Stein also reports that DeAndre Jordan, as the closest Clipper to the door when Trevor Ariza and the other Houston players got inside the locker room, was key in keeping things from escalating.
Dennis Rodman’s issues with substance abuse has been well documented for nearly 20 years. The famed basketball player, who’s played for the Chicago Bulls and the Detroit Pistons, alcohol problems have been an issue that has dawned on him and his public persona since his first DUI arrest in 1999. In the past week, news broke that he was arrested on another DUI charge in California. Rodman recently went to court where he found out the verdict on the case.

On Sunday, Rodman was arrested in Newport, California after his reckless driving was spotted by the police. The police said that he was intoxicated when he was driving and was swerving through the roads and playing loud music.
This isn’t the first time The Worm has gone to rehab either. Back in 2008, Rodman entered a rehav center in Florida. A year later, his family and Phil Jackson were concerned after his erratic behavior on Celebrity Apprentics which ultimate led to his appearance on Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew.

Cardi B is out here winning whether you like it or not. Many assumed her career wouldn’t last past the success “Bodak Yellow” but that was clearly not the case. She’s out her living her best life and slowly becoming a global superstar. Last week, news broke that she tied with Queen Bey as the only other woman to have four songs in the top 10 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip Hop Charts. However, she’s know in the ranks with Kendrick Lamar and Drake as she currently holds half the top 10 on the Hot R&B/Hip Hop charts.

Cardi B became the first woman to dominate half the Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip Hop Charts top 10 positions. The Bronx native has now surpassed Beyonce’s record and becomes the third artist to ever do it. Kendrick Lamar’s only done it once while Drake has managed to do it eight different times. In addition to all that, Cardi B becomes the first artist ever to reach that achievement with their first five Billboard chart entries.
The success is due to her recent collaboration with Bruno Mars on “Finesse (Remix)” which just hit number one on the Billboard R&B/Hip Hop charts. This marks her second number one on that specific chart following “Bodak Yellow.”

Trippie Redd’s had a pretty rapid rise to fame. After the summer, he’s been working on new music with some the biggest artists in the game including Drake, Travis Scott and Lil Wayne. In September, he and Lil Wayne were spotted in the studio but for months, people wondered when they’d be hearing the collaboration. Maybe this is a possible sign that Dedication 6: Reloaded is dropping soon but that’s just a guess.
Aside from working with Lil Wayne, a snippet his alleged collaboration with Drake surfaced over the holidays. The song’s rumored title is “God’s Plan.” It’s likely a song that’s meant for Drake’s upcoming project. He also recently released collaboration with both Travis Scott on “Dark Knight Gummo” and also linked up with Chris Brown on “Yoppa.” In addition to this, he also dropped f another collaboration with Swae Lee on “TR66.”

Burbank, CA – Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson was a recent guest on Conan, where he broached a bevy Hip Hop related topics. At one point during the interview, the Power executive, who never fails to speak his mind, compared Kanye West’s confidence to that Donald Trump’s.
With a menacing smile plastered across his face, 50 recalled all the powerful figures West has drawn parallels to over the years, including Michael Jordan, Walt Disney, Steve Jobs and Jesus.
“Like Kanye will compare himself to Steve Jobs, Picasso, Michael Jackson, Michael Jordan, Walt Disney,” he said. “I think this is a big part building your self-esteem but building it astronomically. You see yourself as the greatest everything.”
Conan replied, “He’s doing the same thing …” before 50 jumped in with, “… as Trump. It’s the same thing. It comes from that portion your career where nobody actually believes in it. You have to have so much confidence for it to continue to exist. It builds up so high, he just had a harder time before that.”
Elsewhere in the interview, 50 also touched on his comments regarding JAY-Z’s 4:44, which he compared to “golf course music” last July, shortly after the release Hov’s 13th studio album.
“Hip Hop culture is connected to youth culture,” he said, “The kids gon’ bring new, innovative stuff. He just had the maturity bled f into the material. It’s cool for me, like in my car, I’m listening to it but the kids, I don’t see them actually listening to it.
“I felt like Carlton Banks listening to it.”

The “real Hip Hop” versus “fake Hip Hop” argument is a topic routinely discussed and dissected. There are those who discredit the current rap generation for not having respect for the pioneers who helped establish Hip Hop culture.
So, when Eminem sat down with French outlet Skyrock, naturally, the subject popped up. When asked whether the new rappers respect Hip Hop’s forefathers, Slim Shady explained why some them could use “a Hip Hop lesson.”
“As far as the new generation, I think some the artists do pay homage] and some them probably don’t really care,” he said. “Me in particular, I’ve always been such a fan rap, too. My heroes will always stay my heroes. And the people who, especially like, paved the road for someone like me, you know, I always pay homage to the ones who came before me because they made Hip Hop what it is today. They are responsible.
“Our Hip Hop forefathers are responsible for rap even being] here,” he continued. “What I would say to somebody coming up who is young in the game and doesn’t really respect that, they] should go back and probably listen, and get a Hip Hop lesson. It’s one the things that I’m able to do by feeding f that old energy and the new energy that’s out right now, and able to try to intertwine those. I would suggest, just for the fun it if anything, going back and listening to … if you have maybe heard Rakim but you don’t know his music, go listen to Rakim.”
Mr. Mathers went on to list Masta Ace, Naughty By Nature’s Treach, Kool G Rap and Big Daddy Kane as examples dope MCs, and commended that era Hip Hop.
Elsewhere in the interview, Shady talked about his approach to songwriting, getting Beyoncé on “Walk On Water,” and the differences between Marshal Mathers and Slim Shady.
