Quavo Officially Announces "Quavo Huncho" Solo Album Releasing This Month

The way things are currently going, Quavo looks ready to become the Beyoncé his trio. If we look at the Atlanta group in correlation to Destiny’s Child, Offset as Kelly Rowland and Takef as Michelle Williams close out the trio. While both Quavo and Offset have been given their chances to shine, Takef is continually underlooked while potentially being the most skilled member the three. Quavo was the first to reach commercial success as a solo artist and it’s only right that he tries to strike gold again with the announcement his upcoming album Quavo Huncho.

With the ATLiens currently on tour with Drake, Quavo dropped three singles last month to mixed reviews. We know that he’s capable dropping some absolute fire but he’ll need to step out his comfort zone in order to make the new album as big as he wishes. Sharing the possible album art on his Instagram, this is the first ficial announcement that Quavo Huncho will drop this month. Without a date mentioned, it will likely see the light day later in September as information continues to be revealed. One guest already rumored for the project is Rich The Kid, who commented that he has a feature spot on it.

Hopefully, Huncho comes through with this one and we can see solo efforts from the remaining members the group before their next team approach. Are you hyped for this one?

Rumored Cover Art For Young Thug's "Slime Language" Has Been Circulating

With Young Thug’s Slime Language set to drop in the imminent future, it seems inevitable that false artwork would begin to surface. Though it has yet to be ficially confirmed, one particular variation the Slime Language cover art seems a likely contender for legitimacy. It originally surfaced on both KanyeToThe forum and ‘s /r/hiphopheads, both which seemed convinced its authenticity. Though no fellow publications seem to have vouched, the collective minds hiphopheads have led to interesting discoveries in the past; it stands to reason that their lead stemmed from somewhere at least somewhat legitimate, though no discernible evidence trail can be currently tracked.

In truth, it feels like one those things that’s real on an instinctual level. Not only does the aesthetic feel like a cousin Future and Thugger’s previous Slime Season cover, but it also happens to feature two distinctively Thuggish traits. For one, the use ASL points to Thug’s deaf brother; two, the ASL in question spells out “YSL,” which happens to be Thug’s record label.

Peep the cover art here, r/hiphopheads. It has already begun circulating on Instagram, and there’s a chance you’ve already seen this one on your feed. What do ya’ll think – is this a false lead, or are we looking at the ficial Slime Language cover?
