Ryan Reynolds Wants To Experiment With Deadpool's Sexuality In Future Movies

Ryan Reynold’s stopped down in San Diego for the annual Comic-Con festivities along with a long list other celebrities this weekend. Although Deadpool 2 has already come and gone, it is almost DVD and Blu-ray season for the sequel film. Fans who were blessed enough to get into the Deadpool 2 presentation were gifted with a view the extended cut the film. According to Variety, the raunchier extender version features several more jokes, including a Wolverine cameo and a baby Hitler reference.

During the presentation, one attendee asked Reynold’s about the representation gay and bisexual characters in comic book films. Reynolds, who has been open about experimenting with Deadpool’s sexuality in the past, revealed that he thinks he has the type franchise that can tackle those issues. “I certainly think that this universe… needs to represent and reflect the world in very real ways,” he stated. “The great thing about Deadpool is that we’re allowed to do things that other superhero movies don’t necessarily do. It’s something that I’d love to see more , certainly through Wade, certainly through this universe because it’s something that we’re building out more.” Deadpool 2 featured a gay relationship between Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Yukio.

Johnny Depp Surprises San Diego Comic-Con In Full "Fantastic Beasts" Costume

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Grindelwald is set to continue the story Newt Scamander. The second film in what will be a five-film event will bring several popular characters from the Harry Potter movies into the light. Jude Law will be making his entrance into the series as a young Dumbledore, while Johnny Depp will return for a much bigger role as the main villain Grindelwald. The story is set seventy years before the events in the Harry Potter films, and an American school witchcraft and wizardry will come into play.

Johnny Depp surprised fans in Hall H at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday when he showed up dressed in full costume. Equip with a wand, Depp took to the stage in character and delivered a maniacal yet calculated speech about how wizards need to be in power. A trailer for the film was also released at Comic-Con, and the visuals look stunning. While I’m still not sold on Jude Law as Dumbledore, the rest the cast looks amazing. Zoë Kravitz is stunning as Leta Lestrange, the love interest  Scamander whose last name may hint at some treachery in the near future. Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Grindelwald hits theaters on November 16, 2018.

A staple when it comes to film franchises and science fiction, Godzilla has been around for years. The fictional Japanese monster has been portrayed in countless retellings his story and the next instance his star power will appear next year as part  Godzilla: King the Monsters. With San Diego Comic-Con beginning today, so many treasures are being revealed to us about a few the most anticipated films from next year. In the clip, Millie signals a radio device and attempts to communicate with somebody. Her hands are bandaged and she looks frightened. As she gathers her thoughts, she finally gets it out that she’s trying to reach Monarch, the monster-hunting organization. As expected, the call doesn’t go too well as she does end up reaching contact with somebody but it doesn’t seem all too pleased to be found out. The teaser was shared on Millie’s Instagram page and you can view it below Gamespot.

Leaving us hanging, we won’t know what comes next until the film is released. As a film scholar, I feel obligated to point out that the continuity the scene is f as the bandages on Millie’s hands disappear midway through the video. Regardless, it still has us incredibly pumped about the film. Godzilla: King the Monsters is set to release May 31, 2019.

Earlier in the day, a new teaser for Godzilla: King the Monsters was unveiled and that was obviously not all we were going to receive. The trailer is filled with shots  the crew running drugs and getting into similar trouble as we’ve become used to. Revealing several the major plot lines to follow in its inaugural season, Mayans M.C. is looking like an intriguing watch so far.

Conan O'Brien's "Batman" Comic-Con Sketch Is Hilarious Vision Of DC Vs. Marvel

The Marvel vs. DC feud has just gotten a lot more heated. If you haven’t been living under a rock for the last, say, ten years, you are well aware that Marvel Studios basically runs the entire universe. Their superhero films are among some the most successful blockbusters all time and have broken all kinds records. With Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War fresh in our minds, we look ahead to how Marvel will shape the Hollywood film industry with their next flicks. Rivaling company DC Films hasn’t done so badly themselves although their success has been seriously undermined by Marvel’s take-over. Envisioning the feud between both film studios as a high school cafeteria fight, Conan O’Brien brought some his comedic charm to San Diego Comic-Con for a hilarious sketch involving Batman.

Batman is one the characters that has fascinated many from DC’s line-up but would things be any different if he were a Marvel character? In a skit performed as part Comic-Con, Conan played Batman as a superhero who just wants to fit in with the cool kids, hoping to earn a spot at Marvel’s table in the cafeteria. Although things don’t necessarily go as he planned, the crew get in about six minutes joke-filled action, fering a whole new realm ridiculousness to the feud between Marvel and DC’s universes.

With so much goodness coming out Comic-Con, the next few days will be filled with some the most valuable news about shows and films we’ve been keeping our eye on for months. Check out the sketch below.

"Deadpool 2" Uncut Will Be Shown At San Diego Comic-Con This Month

Deadpool 2 hit theaters this past May, and it was both a commercial and critical success. The movie exists on its own plane, and is one the only Rated R comic book films to ever be released in theaters. The foul-mouthed Deadpool is lovable because his adult humor and disgusting action. Watching Ryan Reynolds walk around with baby legs, or get shot through his hand, is both laughable and cringe-worthy all at once. That is where Deadpool 2 shines though, it is a film that walks a very thin line between fensive and hilarious.

San Diego Comic-Con, possibly the most popular and prestigious comic book convention in the world, takes place later this month. According to Den Geek, Deadpool fans will be treated to an uncut version the sequel at the convention. The extended cut will be showcased on July 21st, which is a Saturday. The original version the film was edgy enough, and one can only imagine how much more raunchy the movie can get. Screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick revealed that a directors cut features a scene when Deadpool uses a soap dispenser inappropriately, before Colossus comes to the conclusion his hands may not be as clean as he thinks. Hopefully, we’ll get to see an uncut version hit shelves in its entirety this Fall.
