Mark Wahlberg Recovers From Workouts In 150 Degrees Below Zero Cryo Chamber

Quite the fitness enthusiast, Mark Wahlberg is in impeccable shape. The actor has starred in dozens flicks over the years and is one the most recognizable faces in the industry. As such a prominent figure in Hollywood, Mark owes it to himself to stay in shape as he never knows what his next role will entail. While much the journey to reaching your fitness goals has to do with what you’re eating and how ten you’re exercising, Wahlberg takes his fitness regimen to the extreme.

On his recent visit to The Ellen Show, he spoke to the famed host about his unusual recovery routine. Most people opt for a post-workout drink and even the most simple-minded fitness enthusiasts will preach the benefits stretching and yoga. Mark, however, is all about cryotherapy.

“I’m telling you, it is great for recovery, and it just takes all the inflammation out your body, it helps you sleep good,” says Wahlberg on the insane process. Mark regularly uses a cryo chamber that dips to temperatures under 150 degrees below zero, which just seems like frostbite waiting to happen. Ellen pressed him on that exact fact, to which the star responded that he’s only in the chamber for three minutes before calling it a day. Apparently, there are some chambers that are more intense than his regular 150 below zero too as he revealed there’s one in Columbus, Ohio where you “have to cover your nipples because they will start to really freeze.”

This is true dedication to your goals. Is this something you would ever try or is it too intense for you?

Logic Compares Photos From "Last Year" & Now To Show Crazy Muscle Gains

We’re a day past #TransformationTuesday but Logic is taking the opportunity to show f how much he’s changed in the last year. He’s clearly been spending time in the gym over the course the past twelve months and it’s showing f. Not only have interviewers been impressed by his visual transformation, but the man is definitely feeling himself too because arms have become a major theme his Instagram page. Just a few days ago, he showed f a new photo him flexing his muscles, which fans were instantly impressed by since we’re all used to Logic being a scrawny, skinny kid. However, when he compares his physique today to “last year’s” progress photo, the changes are even more remarkable.

In his before shot, Logic pulls the same pose, showing f his non-existent muscles, a little reminiscent the current viral sensation Daddy Long Neck. Focusing on his fitness before and after his divorce to Jessica Andrea, Logic has been hitting the gym hard in his spare time to be able to show f his new body, embracing his Bobby Biceps moniker.

Alright, course, the first image is photoshopped. That was pretty obvious. However, the transformation is not too far f. Logic was never as small as he’s showing in the comparison flick but he was once completely disinterested in fitness in the least bit. That has obviously changed as he has time to work out on top touring, planning his seven unreleased albums and working on films, television shows, and two novels. Check out the astounding difference below.

Atlanta Falcons Won't Give Julio Jones Revised Contract Extension: Report

ESPN has learned that star receiver Julio Jones will not receive a contract extension from his club the Atlanta Falcons. The decision taken by management last month, has left an indelible yet awkward level tension going into training camp, a decision which may turn against the franchise, if Jones chose to sit out the remainder his contract.

If the star receiver doesn’t report to camp he will be docked $40,000 per day missed. Jones did not join his teammates for mandatory workouts or at last month’s minicamp, with the stated goal pressuring management to increase his wages. Player and team may very well agree on his value, but due to cap constraints, the Falcons have had no choice but to play hardball with their All-Pro talent.

Jones is due $34.426 million over the remaining three years his contract, a five-year extension he signed in $71.25 million plus bonus incentives, $47 million which is guaranteed. Falcons GM Thomas Dimitrf considers other plays greater candidates for extensions. Those players include left tackle Jake Matthews, nose tackle Grady Jarrett and free safety Ricardo Allen.

Training Camp begins next Thursday, and the Falcons fully expect Julio to be present during the opening scrimmages, Friday morning at 9:20 a.m. As far as guaranteed money is concerned for wide-out talent in the NFL, Jones has the third richest contract behind Mike Evans and DeAndre Hopkins, who locked down $55 million and $49 million respectively.
